Earthquake autumn 2023

The earth in Nepal has been shaking regularly for several weeks. The big quake on November 3rd (6.4) was far to the west - but many of the smaller quakes (4-5) were also near Bhumesthan.

We are very happy and happy that “our” houses are still standing. None of them were damaged or even collapsed. 7 years later it is clear that the effort with the reinforcing iron and the somewhat more modern construction was worth it.
